Previously, SPB had played music at the Cafe Q on Fridays to ring in the weekend. Now, SPB and WQAQ’s DJs will be alternating weeks playing music during the prime lunch time.

WQAQ hopes to increase its listenership through the exposure of playing at the Cafe Q. WQAQ is currently not broadcasting on the radio, can all of its shows are streaming on the station’s Web site,

“We want to reverse the misconception that WQAQ is completely off the airwaves,” WQAQ general manager Paula Raimo said.
