Everyone’s a star: CAP, Community Action Project, held its first annual statewide “Best Buddies Prom” in Alumni Hall on Saturday April 8. The dance was hollywood-themed and more than 350 participants and volunteers from 15 different area school attended. All of the Connecticut chapters of the Best Buddies Program which fosters one-on-one relationships between students and indivduals with intellectual dissabilities, sent representatives.
