The 2013 Connecticut Teacher of the Year Blaise Messinger will speak to students on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 3 p.m. in the auditorium at the Center for Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. Messinger will explain how teachers can make their students enjoy school. Messinger teaches fifth-grade at Woodside Intermediate School in Cromwell. The event is sponsored by the School of Education.
