The best deal in New England

This winter Quinnipiac University students will have the chance to purchase a ski pass to five of the most well-known ski resorts in the New England area for just under one-third of the normal cost.

The All-East Pass will be available to Quinnipiac students for only $370, down from the usual cost of $1200, resulting in a savings of $830.

The pass is good for Mount Snow/Haystack and Killington/Pico in Vermont, Attitash Bear Peak in New Hampshire, and Sunday River and Sugarloaf in Maine.

The All-East Pass that is provided by the American Ski company and has been made available to all skiers and snowboarders of Quinnipiac at an unbelievable discount. The pass offers unlimited skiing and boarding access to each of the five resorts.

There are requirements, however. In order to be eligible for the pass you must be a full-time student at Quinnipiac, but living on or off campus or age is not an issue. In order to get a pass, all students have to do is get a letter from the registrar with the University Seal stating the student’s full-time status and present his or her Quinnipiac ID.

Students who are interested in getting the pass must respond by Oct. 27. Placing your order before Oct. 27 gives you the rate at $369 after that the price increases to 499 so the earlier you place your order the better.

The easiest way of obtaining the pass is online at www.mountsnow.com or www.killington.com. Students can also purchase the pass by calling the season pass office at Killington at 1-800-887-3257 or Mount Snow at 1-800-245-SNOW to place his or her order.

Once students place their order with one of the mountains, he or she must go to the season pass office at one of the mountains affiliated with the American Ski Company and present his or her documentation and ID to receive the pass.

A similar pass is being offered for the West Coast as well. The Ultimate 7 pass is available for $589, which gives students access to all the All-East mountains as well as the Canyons in Utah and Steamboat in Colorado. The same requirements for obtaining the pass apply.

The first traces of powder will soon be on the Northern Mountains, there is no better way to be prepared than with a season pass to the best mountains the northeast has to offer.
