    Tip of the Week: How to prevent a neck cramp at the desk:

    1. Position computer so you look down at
    the screen

    2. Place keyboard lower than elbows

    3. Support arms on the arm-rest of the chair
    when typing

    4. Find a chair that can adjust, so that you
    sit higher than the computer screen

    5. Keep neck in line with the spine and
    keep chin down

    6. Sit up straight with good posture, avoid
    leaning onto the desk and hunching your
    back
