Two arrested, charged with possession of “magic mushrooms,” marijuana

Discovery of “magic mushrooms” and 42 grams of marijuana led to the arrest of two students on Tuesday, according to a Hamden police report.

Hamden police charged Christopher Folsom and Adrian Miles, both 19, with possession of an hallucinogenic, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The students were also charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Folsom and Miles were allegedly in possession of the marijuana and mushrooms in their residence hall, according to the Wednesday release.

“The students have been suspended from the university pending the outcome of their disciplinary hearings,” said Lynn Bushnell, vice president for public affairs, in the university’s only comment.

Both students were released after posting $10,000 bonds. They are due in court in Meriden on March 15.

The fact that the police don’t even refer to psilocybin mushrooms as their proper name really makes me respect them.

Regardless, I”M GLAD THESE DRUG DEALERS (AND MOST LIKELY ADDICTS) GOT ARRESTED. DRUGS ARE KILLING THIS NATION. The only drugs that should be allowed are alcohol and tobacco because they have such strong roots in this country, whereas drugs such as cannabis and psilocybin CLEARY have no historical roots in organized religion, spirituality, or ethnogenism.

      are you a mORON??

Alcohol and tobacco kill thousands every year…not including the drunks who run over people. It destroys your liver and causes cancer.

Tobacco also kills thousands. destroys your lungs and health and also causes cancer.
Also to mention that tobacco is JUST LIKE CRACK. If not worse…i’ have seen crack heads take their hits and want more and get more and the next day their good.
but people who are addicted to Cigarettes cant go more than 30mins or an hour without not just one hit…but a WHOLE CIGG. if you smoke ciggs your a DAMN CRACK HEAD. thats the truth.

just because its legal makes people think its okay..but its not.

Weed never killed anyone and you know it. Weed has never caused bad health…it actually does the opposite.

Mushrooms expand the human consciousness…and if yours was expanded…if you were awake…you wouldn’t say things Ignorant things.

You sound like a Politician, AKA Jerk.

Your lost bro…research and FIND YOURSELF!

      WAKE UP!!!
