With Quinnipiac men’s and women’s tennis in the midst of the MAAC Tournament, it’s time to review each team’s showing in conference awards.
WOMEN’S
Quinnipiac women’s tennis is in the midst of another incredible season, continuing a two-year unbeaten MAAC streak that has extended into the 2026 MAAC Tournament with a 4-1 win over in-state rival Fairfield Friday afternoon.
Sophomore Willow Renton has been at the forefront of that success for the Bobcats, coming away as the only unanimous All-MAAC First Team at singles selection for the second straight season. Renton finished 9-0 in No. 1 singles over the course of conference play. The Goshen, Ky. native has won her last 10 singles matches heading into the MAAC Championship.
However Renton’s accolades weren’t exclusive to singles. She and junior teammate Caitlin Flower were also unanimously selected to the All-MAAC First Team at doubles, winning 14 total matches and seven in MAAC play. For her efforts, Willow was also awarded the 2026 MAAC Player of the Year award, the second time she has achieved this in her two seasons with the Bobcats.
Flower also chipped in on the individual accolades, earning All-MAAC Second Team in singles, finishing 6-3 in conference play.
In her first season with the Bobcats, junior Isabella Baker was also selected to the All-MAAC First Team for singles. The Halifax, Nova Scotia native also enters the MAAC Championship on a 10-game win streak.
