Quinnipiac women’s basketball senior forward Sydney Ryan joined the 1,000-point club Saturday afternoon in the Bobcats’ 68-56 win over the Rider Broncs.
A transfer from Furman University, Ryan has come out to a hot start in Bobcat gold. Just 14 games into the season, she is averaging 10.5 points, 6.7 rebounds and shooting 43% from the field, She also recorded a double against the Yale Bulldogs on Nov. 18.
Ryan joins fellow Bobcat graduate student guard Jackie Grisdale and former Bobcat center Mikala Morris ’23, as the latest members to join this prestigious club.
