Quinnipiac University’s Student Programming Board has officially announced Quavo as the new artist to perform at Wake the Giant on Sunday, April 27, at the M&T Bank Arena. 

All previously issued tickets will be honored. However, students who no longer wish to attend may request a refund and release their spot to another student. 

Platinum-selling artist, Quavo rose to fame as a member of hip-hop group Migos with hits like “Stir Fry,” “Bad and Boujee” and “Walk It Talk It.” His solo career took off, with releases including “Hotel Lobby (Unc & Phew)” and “Trappa Rappa.” 

His feature on Post Malone’s “Congratulations” has 2.1 billion streams on Spotify, while “I’m the One,” hit with DJ Khaled, Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper and Lil Wayne, has surpassed 1.32 streams on the platform. 

With over 23 million followers on Instagram and 14.6 million monthly listeners on Spotify, Quavo continues to be a powerhouse in music and pop culture.
