After two students met Taylor Swift in a North Haven Starbucks last week, The Chronicle asked students about their celebrity encounters.
“I saw [Alexander] Ovechkin at the beach once. I watch hockey from time to time but my brother is more into hockey than me so he recognized him. We talked to him for a little bit but it wasn’t anything hockey related just about the beach. He was very laid back and he wasn’t a jerk.” -Bobby Steele, sophomore, marketing
