Students should start thinking about moving off campus, according to Jodi Bailey, assistant director of residential life. By April students should have a solid place to live, according to Bailey.
The trend is to live off campus according to the assistant director of residential life. She said Quinnipiac’s off campus housing generally goes to sophomores who do not want to deal with housing lotteries. The university owns approximately 33 off campus properties that hold 120+ students.
