A man who has grown obese through decades of fast food chow-downs has launched a class action lawsuit against four leading fast food franchises, blaming each for the state of his current health.
Caesar Barber, who has suffered two heart attacks, claims McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Burger King and Wendy’s did not provide him with healthier alternatives to burgers and fries and therefore caused his weight problem.
“I didn’t find out how bad it was until 1999,” said Barber. “I thought because it [the nutritional label] said 100 percent beef it was okay.”
