If students come to Quinnipiac in search of joining a club, they may not necessarily find what they are looking for.
If a student is interested in clubs and still does not find what suits his or her personality best, they can make a statement.
A student can take a different approach by trying to start their own organization.
In order to be recognized by the university, the student group must first get approval.
To start the process, the group of students must file and complete all of the necessary paperwork. The paperwork includes a letter of intent, which will define what the club will do.
Quinnipiac will then peruse the paperwork to verify that there is a compatible educational purpose for the intended club or organization.
Applications may be obtained in the Office of Student Center and Student Leadership Development, which is located on the second floor of the Student Center.
