NLE Choppa has canceled his Wake the Giant appearance due to “extreme dehydration and exhaustion,” according to an email from Campus Life sent out at 5:40 p.m. Friday.
His cancellation comes after withdrawing from many other college performances this month to prioritize his health, the email said.
“We understand this news is incredibly disappointing, especially for those looking forward to the performance,” the Office of Student Engagement wrote. “That said, please know the Student Programming Board remains committed to delivering an incredible spring experience.”
All ticket purchases will be honored, however, students will be granted a refund if they do not like the new artist or disapprove of the new experience.
